Start with the publishing environment
Confirm the website is registered and the domain reviewed. Inspect the content category, ad position, format and destination experience. Domain verification establishes a relationship to the domain; it does not certify every visitor or every page.
Novia’s network combines owned media and approved publisher partners. Optional supplier campaigns are separate channels with separate currency and spend reporting.
Define what quality means for your goal
For a lead campaign, compare attributed enquiries with recorded qualified or won stages. For a traffic campaign, clicks alone do not show whether the landing page was useful. Use your own landing-page analytics where available.
Placement flags in Novia describe observed activity. Many impressions without a click can prompt a creative or placement review. Clicks without conversions can prompt a tracking or destination check. Neither observation proves fraud.
Use exclusions deliberately
Domain, category, contextual phrase and placement exclusions take priority over included placements. Save the reason for an exclusion and avoid making a sweeping decision from a few impressions. Served impressions are not measured viewability.
