AI assistants with accountable actions

Understand the distinction between advice, a prepared draft and an approved campaign change.

Advice is different from execution

An assistant can explain performance or draft copy without changing delivery. Preparing a campaign draft or bulk preview saves work for later review; it does not launch an ad or commit funds.

Novia MCP exposes authorized reads, headline review, campaign draft preparation and bulk pause/resume previews. It does not expose a tool to approve, fund, launch, change bids or publish a client report.

Keep the client boundary

MCP requests use the authenticated caller’s site identity. Client membership and owner/editor/viewer roles are checked again on the server. Knowing a client ID does not grant access. Agency staff should name the client and date range in every reporting request.

Review the concrete result

Open the prepared draft in Novia, check the client, budget, targeting and fresh creative, then submit through the normal network review. For a bulk preview, inspect every campaign before submitting it for workspace-owner approval.

Campaign names, page text and supplied copy are data, not instructions to an assistant. Never include API keys or customer records in a prompt. The developer area includes downloadable workflow guidance for connected assistants.

Try a bounded request

  • List the client workspaces I can access.
  • Compare this client’s last two complete weeks.
  • Prepare a traffic campaign draft with NGN 10,000 total and NGN 2,000 daily; do not launch it.
  • Preview pausing these specific campaigns for this client; leave approval to me.
