Start with scope and dates
Choose the correct client and an inclusive UTC range of up to ninety days. Novia compares it with the preceding period of equal length. A partial current day can make a comparison misleading; use complete days for a fairer review.
Accepted impressions determine recorded native spend. Clicks and conversions use their event dates. Late conversions can therefore appear in a later reporting period than their original impression.
Separate results from interpretation
Report impressions, clicks, conversions, spend and recorded conversion value together. Explain the attribution window and tracking limits. CPA and ROAS are unavailable when their denominator is zero.
Qualified and won counts use current self-reported stages for leads created in the selected period. They are not a historical record of exactly when qualification happened. Won values and conversion values are distinct records.
Save and review a snapshot
Saved reports freeze the metric snapshot and agency/client identity. Editors can update commentary and visibility with a version check. A published report remains private to that client’s authenticated team; it is not a public link.
Optional AI commentary uses a saved snapshot after consent. Groq receives totals, dates and up to twenty campaign rows under aliases. Review its reasoning against the campaign evidence before applying and publishing the text.
Export responsibly
- CSV is useful for reconciliation and further analysis.
- Print-ready HTML includes the commentary currently shown, including unsaved edits.
- Open the HTML in a browser to print or save as PDF.
- An exported copy does not automatically update or revoke when the stored report changes.
- Explain that observed comparisons do not establish incremental impact.
